Partner Program Manager

The ideal candidate brings experience in partner management, program operations, and event execution, along with a track record of improving engagement and driving participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner communications by responding to inquiries related to workshops, registrations, and program participation in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze event and program data to identify trends, surface insights, and follow up with partners to drive alignment with best practices
• Support partner lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and ongoing engagement
• Conduct regular partner check-ins and reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities
• Plan and coordinate workshops and partner events based on program priorities, adjusting formats and content as needed
• Develop and deliver presentations, including office hours and enablement sessions, to educate and engage partners
• Execute quality assurance across events, templates, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Maintain and update partner-facing and internal resources to ensure accuracy and usability

Internal Responsibilities

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage partner or customer relationships
• Experience with event planning, coordination, or program management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience presenting to stakeholders or leading group sessions

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with partner programs or ecosystems
• Background in customer success, operations, or program management
• Experience supporting workshops, training sessions, or enablement programs
• Familiarity with reporting and performance tracking for events or programs

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
