Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our global Marketing organization under a permanent, full-time remote framework open exclusively to candidates based in Mexico. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will step up to claim absolute campaign timeline tracking, cross-functional project workflow execution, and partner asset distribution accountability. Shifting completely away from manual spreadsheet transcription, simple non-regulated call center scripts, or backend developer database tweaking, you will run an active co-marketing asset optimization, external stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking laboratory—collaborating directly with internal creative, sales development, and partner success teams. This position requires an execution-minded coordinator with 1+ years of experience who manages partner relationships fluidly natively using Affiliate Marketing paradigms, translates business needs into detailed multi-channel project plans cleanly, and monitors lead generation trackers confidently to keep our shared network programs running on schedule and without quality exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Project Tracking Governance: Manage the day-to-day execution of multi-channel partner marketing initiatives, designing thorough project plans, schedules, and cross-functional workflow trackers natively utilizing Affiliate Marketing parameters.
- Partner Relations & Communication Coordination: Serve as a reliable, prompt, and high-clarity liaison for external marketing counterparts—drafting campaign materials, answering operational queries, and distributing localized partner resource toolkits.
- Co-Marketing Campaign Implementation: Coordinate the deployment of shared campaigns across multiple business channels, spanning automated marketing emails, partner webinars, localized digital advertisements, and corporate field events.
- Asset Formatting and Content Management: Manage campaign asset lifecycles, ensuring all co-branded resources (such as pitch decks, presentation slides, one-pagers, and ad copy elements) meet brand standards and technical compliance rules.
- Ecosystem Tracking & Documentation: Maintain meticulous data mapping systems to document campaign execution milestones, partner activation states, and onboarding process guides for continuous operational alignment.
- Performance Attribution Support: Assist in gathering and organizing key campaign performance telemetry, updating primary dashboards to track inbound leads, audience engagement numbers, and down-funnel pipeline contributions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1+ years of professional history operating within a marketing coordination, project management, account support, or closely related commercial function.
- High-Clarity Communication: Strong verbal and written communication strengths in English, with an established ability to build trust with professional cross-functional and external team counterparts.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple collaborative projects and tight deadlines concurrently with minimal oversight, showing exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing foundational marketing, project organization suites, and modern customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic guidelines open exclusively to qualified marketing professionals residing permanently within Mexico.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Basic technical skills inside creative content toolsets (including email HTML formatting, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or WordPress content updates) to help adapt partner marketing elements quickly.
- Prior experience directly supporting collaborative channel networks, partner marketing platforms, or co-branded enterprise initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing channel budget logging, tracking metrics, and campaign analytics reporting loops.
What We Offer
- Competitive Regional Marketing Compensation: A stable, competitive regional salary package tailored directly to your marketing execution background.
- 100% remote workspace flexibility from anywhere across Mexico, empowering you to scale international campaigns from your home office.
- Comprehensive health care provisions and localized operational benefits in accordance with professional regional baselines.
- Direct professional interaction and career development inside an elite tech brand that utilizes state-of-the-art AI systems to streamline developer productivity and customer acquisition.
- Provisioning of advanced, high-performance computing hardware along with all essential collaboration software licenses.
