Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, systems-minded Partner AI Deployment Engineer - AWS to join our core Go To Market division in a full-time remote capacity within India. In this high-visibility, consultative architectural seat, you will serve as the primary senior technical leader and counterpoint to Amazon Web Services (AWS) field leadership, including Solutions Architects, Specialized technology groups, and Partner teams. Moving far beyond abstract, one-off project debugging, you will influence joint account sales strategies, formulate repeatable engagement models, and construct secure, production-scale cloud architectures leveraging OpenAI services alongside AWS. This position demands a seasoned technical consulting authority who can independently advise C-level executives, balance hands-on prototyping with ecosystem scale, and empower global systems integrators to independently deploy generative AI apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Cloud Alliance Engagement: Serve as the premier senior technical counterpoint to AWS field leadership, establishing absolute trust, technical credibility, and joint account direction across global regions.
• Complex Deal Architecture Leadership: Direct the technical engagement strategy for large-scale, high-stakes enterprise projects, guiding customers through structural ideation, prototyping phases, and production scale.
• Hands-On Blueprint Prototyping: Design and code modular prototypes, proof of concepts (POCs), and reference implementations to eliminate implementation friction and accelerate enterprise platform adoption.
• Ecosystem Technical Enablement: Formulate reusable solution patterns, technical playbooks, and automated demos that can be deployed independently by AWS consulting squads and strategic systems integrators.
• Scalable Integration Scale: Leverage global systems integrators (GSIs), regional integrators (RSIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs) to multiply operational impact rather than relying on direct customer-by-customer setups.
• Product Feedback Loop Ingestion: Bridge the gap between active field deployments and internal engineering cells, translating complex partner insights into high-signal feature suggestions to direct OpenAI’s core technology roadmap.
• Technical Escalation Governance: Act as the final technical decision-maker and deployment escalation authority, applying strong engineering judgment to de-risk complex machine learning implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of verified professional history running enterprise technical consulting, solutions architecture, cloud systems engineering, or technical product delivery.
• Proven commercial background managing complex business and C-level technical relationships within global organizations.
• Deep, authoritative technical familiarity implementing and deploying cloud infrastructure components natively inside Amazon Web Services (AWS) networks.
• Demonstrated experience designing, optimizing, or fine-tuning enterprise-grade Generative AI (GenAI) platforms or machine learning APIs.
• Systems-thinking operational style with an asset history defaulting to building repeatable automation patterns, scripts, and documentation rather than temporary patches.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication mechanics, with an absolute capacity to build trust with infrastructure engineers and corporate executives alike.
• Location Context: Full-time remote parameters requiring candidate localization or proximity to technical hubs, based out of Bangalore, India, supporting broader remote parameters across India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience building solutions natively using OpenAI APIs, custom text prompt templates, embedded vector indexers, or fine-tuning pipelines.
• Practical familiarity guiding technical partner cells, independent software vendors, or global consultancy systems to self-sufficiency.
• Familiarity with containerized execution, multi-tenant cloud storage structures, and high-throughput data processing layers.
