About RYNO Strategic Solutions: RYNO Strategic Solutions is an innovative, unrivaled market leader in the digital marketing landscape, specializing heavily in the Home Services industry since 2008. Following a landmark merger with Blue Corona in September 2024, the newly unified brand pairs nearly 30 years of combined experience and data-driven insights to help contractors create, capture, and convert more leads from their digital investments. Built on values of total transparency and objective data analysis, RYNO provides proprietary internet marketing strategies, advanced tracking models, and comprehensive reporting layers that ensure consumer-focused businesses find their exact target audiences online via cost-effective desktop and mobile acquisition solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, self-directed, and numbers-obsessed Paid Media Strategist to drive our multi-channel paid acquisition pipelines under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States. In this high-impact growth seat, you will claim tactical ownership over account budgeting, campaign execution, and conversion optimization across a diverse portfolio of home service accounts. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription logs, entry-level website template layout changes, or basic copywriting blocks, you will run an active multi-platform ad configuration, pixel tracking attribution, and quantitative lead quality triage laboratory. Partnering face-to-face with Client Success and SEO squads, you will turn data insights into actionable client blueprints to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This position requires a digital growth authority with 2+ years of hands-on platform history who maps customer acquisition pathways fluidly natively using Google Ads and paid social primitives, executes precise budget forecasting and spend pacing, and communicates intricate performance telemetry cleanly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Platform Acquisition Governance: Formulate, deploy, and manage highly performant paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms natively utilizing Google Ads and paid social frameworks.
  • Budget Forecasting & Pacing Control: Monitor campaign pacing and monthly allocation structures across multiple customer accounts to ensure efficient spend and alignment with quarterly commercial targets.
  • Conversion Funnel Instrumentation: Audit conversion pathways and campaign data points proactively to implement strategic optimizations that elevate lead quality, click-through rates, and overall return on ad spend.
  • Advanced Tracking & Attribution Auditing: Manage and fine-tune complex tracking setups and analytics architectures leveraging Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) pipelines to eliminate signal leakage.
  • Data Telemetry & Reporting: Synthesize complex campaign metrics and attribution profiles into clear, scannable performance dashboards and actionable recommendations for client presentations.
  • Market Discovery & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitive research and market trend analysis to uncover strategic advantages, new keyword spaces, and emerging ad formats for our portfolio.
  • Tribe Mentorship & Guidance: Act as a technical role model and guide for junior business development and marketing staff through regular training sessions, pipeline walk-throughs, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven, successful professional history operating as a Paid Media Strategist, PPC Architect, Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Acquisition Specialist, or closely matching technical marketing agency capacity.
  • Expert Lead Generation Competency: Meticulous understanding of lead generation funnels, trial-based or conversion-optimized pipelines, and local search marketing constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing, scaling, and forecasting commercial ad budgets across Search, LSA, Display, or OTT formats.
  • Master-level operational tool literacy configuring tracking scripts, custom conversion events, and attribution logic using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established history translating complex technical metrics cleanly for non-technical company leads and client stakeholders.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified paid media operators residing permanently within the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior professional or technical background managing ad acquisition specifically within the Home Services industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or home remodeling networks).
  • Familiarity leveraging modern generative AI tools and prompt frameworks to accelerate ad copy iterations, audience discovery scales, and reporting workflows.
  • Exposure to multi-account programmatic dashboards or cross-channel asset mapping platforms.

What We Offer

  • Competitive US Digital Agency Remuneration Grid: A competitive annual base salary structure of $60,000 - $70,000 USD (salaried nonexempt opportunity) calibrated to your campaign management trajectory, supplemented by lucrative quarterly performance-based bonuses.
  • 100% remote workspace infrastructure freedom anywhere inside the United States, giving you elite campaign ownership without physical office constraints.
  • Direct High-Volume Market Impact: Elite professional credentials built by serving as a flagship media operator for an unrivaled market leader in home services digital growth.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness preservation options, including medical, dental, vision, and company-sponsored life insurance packages.
  • Access to a generous corporate 401(k) match program, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, a $2,000 annual tuition reimbursement budget for continued education, a monthly health/fitness wellness stipend, a monthly remote-work data allowance, 11 paid holidays, paid Cause days, a paid birthday holiday, custom team merchandise, and structured paths to advance into senior GTM and account leadership roles.
