Paid Media Strategist

About the Role: Power Digital is a tech-enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting, and data intelligence. We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own the execution, performance, and growth of Paid Media advertising campaigns within their book of business. You will work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of your service within the broader media mix.

What You'll Do

• Manage paid search campaigns across clients of various business types, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes.
• Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data (e.g., GA, Shopify).
• Execute keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management.
• Employ AI technologies and proprietary tools (like the Nova ecosystem) to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clients.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), bid optimization, and keyword research.
• Significant campaign management experience in Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, or Bing Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and a strong understanding of full-funnel marketing.
• Bonus: Advanced spoken and written English proficiency and strong organizational and project management skills.
