Job Description

About the Role: This role is for one of Weekday's clients. We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can combine data, technology, and marketing strategy to drive scalable customer acquisition. You will own and optimize paid media channels end-to-end with a strong focus on maximizing ROI and improving funnel performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Handle technical implementation of tracking systems, including pixel setup, event tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion APIs.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of funnel optimization, attribution models, and customer acquisition strategies.
