Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performance sales professional to serve as the foundational member of a brand-new outbound sales department. This is a unique "player-coach" role designed for a cold-calling expert who isn't afraid to get on the phones, but who also possesses the leadership caliber to build a department from the ground up. You will initially lead by example—personally qualifying high-net-worth prospects and U.S. executives—before transitioning into a leadership role where you will recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs. This is your opportunity to own the outbound playbook for an industry leader in the private aviation space.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns targeting U.S. business owners, executives, and HNW individuals.
- Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments while managing follow-ups across phone, email, and SMS.
- Maintain rigorous CRM pipeline data and refine outbound scripts, sequences, and objection-handling techniques.
- Track and report on critical activity and conversion metrics to optimize the sales funnel.
- Develop the company’s outbound sales playbook, documenting best practices for future hires.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach future SDRs, conducting call reviews and setting performance KPIs.
Requirements
- Exceptional Spoken English: You must possess a near-native, polished, and confident phone presence suitable for engaging with U.S.-based executives and affluent clients.
- Proven Outbound Track Record: Multiple years of experience in high-volume cold calling and appointment setting. You must demonstrate a history of hitting targets in a hunter-style environment (inbound or customer service backgrounds will not be considered).
- Leadership & Coaching Experience: Prior experience supervising, training, or mentoring SDRs/BDRs. You are comfortable holding a team accountable to metrics and performance standards.
- Tactical Execution: A "lead from the front" mentality, spending the first 70–80% of your time in the trenches generating results before scaling the team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience launching an outbound sales function or department from scratch.
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and outbound dialer technologies.
- Background in selling to high-net-worth (HNW) individuals or the C-suite.
- Previous experience in the private aviation or luxury travel sectors.
Benefits
- 💰 Competitive salary with a premium for proven leadership experience
- 🎯 High-impact performance incentives and bonuses
- 🌎 Fully remote work environment
- 🚀 Rapid career growth into a Department Head role
- 📈 Long-term stability within a growing luxury industry
- 🛠️ Opportunity to build and own your own sales process
