Operations Coordinator

About the Role: Marco connects top global professionals with ambitious companies. Our client is a leading seller of commercial drones and UAV solutions. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator / high-agency Executive Assistant to serve as a "Force Multiplier" across core departments. You will be the operational engine driving purchasing accuracy, sales data integrity, and production timelines.

What You'll Do

• Purchasing & Supply Chain: Execute Purchase Orders (POs) with precision, follow up on open orders, and prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
• Vendor & Pricing Management: Audit preferred vendor databases, ensure pricing is current across systems (Shopify/QBO), and vet new suppliers.
• Sales & Financial Admin: Act as the final checkpoint for client billing, send invoices, and maintain a "gold standard" CRM.
• Production & Timeline Coordination: Serve as the "Keeper of the Calendar" to synchronize timelines and keep complex integration projects on track.
• Strategic Research: Execute ad-hoc research projects, vet software tools, and gather market intelligence.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of relevant work experience (Experience in Technology, Drone, or E-commerce sectors is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in technical tools like Shopify, Asana, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Pipedrive, and PandaDoc.
• High agency and extreme ownership—you don't just report problems; you bring solutions.
• Precision communication skills to interact professionally with high-level vendors and enterprise clients.
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of Urgency, Agency, Problem Solving, and Prioritization.
