The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Providing first-line support and banking advice to ASN Bank clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Carefully managing client accounts and providing accurate information on various financial products.
• Ensuring the security and privacy of client data in compliance with strict banking sector standards.
• Proactively identifying client needs to provide solution-oriented and professional advice.
• Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships through outstanding service and empathy.
• Contributing to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction for the Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor position at ASN Bank in Greece.
• Efficiently processing administrative banking transactions in internal systems.

Requirements

• Native or fluent command of the Dutch language (both spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (required for employment).
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor suitable for the banking sector.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly switch between various software applications.
• Availability for on-site work in Athens and enthusiasm for an international work environment.
• Affinity for the financial sector and a natural focus on customer satisfaction.
