  • Write descriptive text to tell the stories behind data
  • Validate and interpret automated scoring from Penta’s proprietary platform on reputation risk, and stakeholder views

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline, where a focus on communications, journalism, economics, history, or another social science is preferred
  • Experience writing analytical reports & creating engaging presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Suite products
  • A solid understanding of leveraging Excel for exploratory data analysis & visualization purposes

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the deeper meaning behind content or data
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong ownership mentality
  • Coachability and possess a learning & growth oriented mindset
  • The ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
  • Experience working in teams with a collaborative mindset

Penta Group (operating under pentagroup.com, legally Penta Group, LLC) is the premier, enterprise-grade stakeholder communications, reputation intelligence, and strategic corporate advisory powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, data-driven brand monitoring, public affairs, and crisis management layer for Fortune 500 corporations, global financial institutions, and complex regulatory entities worldwide. Originally formed in 2022 through the high-profile integration of six specialized market-intelligence, consulting, and public affairs firms—including Ballast Research, Hamilton Place Strategies, alva, Decode_M, Gotham Research Group, and Flag Media Analytics—the company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern corporate communications, where enterprises must navigate highly polarized public debates, complex regulatory shifts, and fragmented stakeholder perceptions across disconnected geographical hubs, by deploying a unified advisory and research matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive PR agencies or static media clipping services, Penta natively unifies proprietary AI-driven reputation tracking, deep public opinion sentiment analysis, real-time media and policymaker intelligence, and custom strategic storytelling into a single high-availability corporate workspace. Its global advisory team supports over 200 elite enterprise accounts from key decision-making centers. Underlining its category-defining momentum, private equity powerhouse Shamrock Capital acquired Penta Group in August 2025 to fuel the next phase of its international expansion, followed by the high-profile appointment of industry veteran Jim O'Leary (former Weber Shandwick Global President and North America CEO) as Chief Executive Officer in May 2026 to scale its automated intelligence capabilities. Under the hood, its technology core utilizes sophisticated sentiment analysis algorithms, real-time natural language processing (NLP) pipelines, and proprietary diagnostic frameworks designed to translate massive, unstructured social and editorial media feeds into structured, actionable risk and opportunity models with absolute analytical precision. What sets Penta Group apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing standard, reactive public relations tactics with absolute reputational predictability, deep empirical data validation, and proactive stakeholder positioning; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive relational analytics and real-time executive decision-making, the firm remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic corporate intelligence and global brand transformation.
