Mladen - Senior Copywriter - Ad Creative Strategist

About the Role: Impact Clients is seeking a Performance Marketer / Creative Strategist to serve as an engine for generating high-converting ads. You will be responsible for creating a massive volume of winning ads to fuel 7-figure ad funnels and scale new offers to $1M/month in ad spend on cold Meta traffic.

What You'll Do

• Ad Angles & Copy: Create ad concepts, hooks, and angles, and write complete ad copy for Meta ads, YouTube ads, and Instagram reels.
• Offer Creation: Collaborate with the founder to create new low-ticket offers from scratch (concept, name, mechanism, deliverables) designed to break even or better on cold traffic.
• VSL Writing: Write full, word-for-word VSL (Video Sales Letter) scripts designed for AI avatars, actor-read videos, or voiceovers.
• Funnel Messaging: Own the conversion narrative across the entire funnel and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to iterate based on performance data.

What You Bring

• Real direct-response experience (offers, VSLs, ads — not brand fluff).
• A proven track record of writing winning ads for scaled offers and coming up with new concepts.
• Strong understanding of cold traffic psychology, especially for low-ticket offers.
• Ability to write simple, clear, and emotionally sharp copy with a preference for deep work over meetings.
• Bonus: Experience scaling low-ticket offers, building faceless funnels, or working in the biz-opp/education space.
