Patrianna is actively building an AI-driven engineering organization, embedding AI into core workflows—from system design to code review. Engineers are expected to leverage AI as a productivity multiplier while maintaining full accountability for technical decisions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate and continuously improve production-grade GKE clusters on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability for millions of players.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm, migrating infrastructure to Terragrunt and improving documentation.
• Own the GitOps-based release process with Argo CD, ensuring smooth, predictable deployments.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, driving postmortems for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain observability and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK, catching issues before players notice.
• Automate routine operational tasks and contribute to better infrastructure standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations to handle production incidents.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Production-grade experience with Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, Compute Engine, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost management.
• Deep expertise in running Kubernetes in production, including networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Strong Terraform skills in production environments; Terragrunt experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Helm and Docker/containerized workloads.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (preferably with Argo CD).
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK.
• Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and troubleshooting.
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and handling production incidents.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Terragrunt (or willingness to learn).
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD.
• Background in iGaming or high-load B2B/B2C products.
