Role Mission
Be the driving force behind the client acquisition process of established online coaches, consultants, and info product founders. These are expert-led businesses where the founder IS the brand. Your job is to oversee Meta ad campaigns such as lead ad campaigns, low-ticket course campaigns, and appointment/VSL campaigns — making sure that ad spend is turning into leads, customers, booked calls, and sales. You own two tightly connected lanes end to end: the Meta ads that put the founder's offer in front of the right people, and the GoHighLevel infrastructure that captures, nurtures, and routes every lead toward a call. This is not a support role for someone who waits to be told what to do — we're looking for a proactive, driven, high-energy operator who is ready to stand alongside the Founder and take real responsibility over marketing performance.
Role Responsibilities
Meta Ads - End-to-End Campaign Ownership
- Strategy: Build the paid strategy around the funnel and offer stage lead magnet opt-ins, appointment/booked-call campaigns, webinar registrations, and low-ticket product sales for coaching and consulting offers. Map each campaign to a clear objective and a target cost per result.
- Audience targeting: Research and build custom audiences (pixel, CRM lists, engagement) and lookalikes; layer interest, behavior, and demographic targeting; set exclusions to avoid overlap and waste; and build retargeting audiences from website, video, lead-form, and CRM data.
- Creative production: Research winning competitor ads in the coaching/consulting space (offers, hooks, angles, formats); format and produce scroll-stopping static and video ad creatives; write ad copy (primary text, headlines, CTAs) that positions the founder as the authority; and run a steady pipeline of creative variations to test.
- Campaign build & launch: Set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager - including lead ad forms, appointment campaigns, placements, and conversion events and wire tracking end-to-end with pixels, Conversion API, and GoHighLevel before a single dollar goes live.
- Budget management: Allocate and pace daily/lifetime budgets across campaigns, scale winners, cut losers early, and manage frequency, CPM, and delivery to protect efficiency as spend grows.
- Performance optimization: Monitor spend and cost per booked call daily; run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and offers; flag anomalies (spend spikes, tracking discrepancies, fatigue) immediately; and act on the data with a proposed fix rather than reporting and moving on.
Creative Research & Production (Ad & Funnel Assets)
- Leverage AI to analyze competitor ads, industry trends, and the messaging angles of competitor landing pages and creatives.
- Set up Claude copywriting projects with accurate project instructions and context files from competitor analysis, copywriting guidelines, and company internal assets.
- Leverage AI to produce first-draft copywriting assets such as email campaigns, appointment reminders, campaign hooks & headlines, and landing page copy.
- Leverage existing company data such as sales call transcriptions, best-performing content, and validated landing pages to create new ad copy and emails under AI assistance.
- Leverage AI to create ad images and scroll-stopping graphics.
GoHighLevel CRM Setup & Management
- Set up GoHighLevel sub-accounts from scratch with domain, email, SMS (with A2P verification), custom fields, company details, and account snapshots accurately established.
- Build funnels such as lead magnet, webinars, VSL, and low-ticket digital product funnels — including setting up forms, integrations, and connecting automated email sequences.
- Email management with deliverability best practices, contact tagging, smartlist segmentation, and automated email sequence setup.
- Pipeline management with contact tagging, pipeline staging, and setting up triggers for automated opportunity creation / update.
- Manage the email list through deliverability best practices, contact tagging, and smartlist segmentation.
- Set up integrations across Meta and Google, as well as other platforms, using either GoHighLevel's internal features or Zapier.
Marketing & Ads Performance Tracking
- Set up tracking across Meta Pixels, Meta Conversion API, Google Analytics, and UTMs.
- Build dashboards and spreadsheets to accurately track and report key metrics across Meta ad campaigns and the GoHighLevel pipeline — content/opt-ins ? booked calls ? show rate.
- Comfortable identifying optimization opportunities based on weekly campaign data, and delivering reports that end with insight and recommendation — what to kill, scale, or test next — never just numbers.
Workflow Documentation
- Document recurring tasks and processes into clear SOPs and process maps, with the help of AI.
- Document funnel templates, automated workflows, forms, and other sub-account setups into shareable snapshots.
Role Results (KPIs)
- 100% GHL CRM hygiene — well-maintained pipelines, tags, workflows, and campaigns.
- ?95% QA pass rate on funnels, automations, and ad campaign setups submitted.
- ?95% reporting accuracy across campaign tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM, Google Analytics).
- Meta ad campaigns hit or beat the agreed cost-per-booked-call target, with spend paced correctly and no undetected tracking gaps.
- <30-minute response time to lead outreach opportunities and Founder messages during shifts.
- Weekly performance reports delivered on time, each ending with at least one actionable recommendation.
- Measurable improvement quarter over quarter in the numbers that matter to an expert business: opt-ins, booked calls, show rate, and cost per acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years virtual work experience in paid media and marketing operations — experience with coaches, consultants, course creators, or founder-led personal brands highly preferred (agency background highly preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns end to end — strategy, audience targeting, creative production, budget management, and performance optimization — with results you can speak to.
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel at agency and sub-account levels, especially lead magnet, VSL, and webinar funnels.
- Strong grasp of tech stack integrations and tracking setups across Meta and Google Analytics (Pixel, Conversion API, UTM).
- Excellent written and spoken English — able to write ad and email copy in a founder's voice convincingly.
- Confident and proactive in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to improve productivity and output quality.
- Proactive, driven, and high-energy — ready to take real responsibility over marketing performance alongside the Founder -rather than wait for instructions.
- Self-starter with extreme ownership, systems thinking, and a can-do attitude: flags problems before being asked, brings solutions with problems, and never marks a task done that isn't.
- High attention to detail around funnel formatting, ad campaign setups, and reporting accuracy — previews funnels on mobile, tests tracking before spend, and checks every link before anything goes live.
- Comfortable communicating with sophisticated entrepreneurs, with strong verbal and video presentation
