Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic Media Buyer to shape and execute sophisticated paid marketing strategies for one of our major global technology clients. In this conversion-focused track, you will develop, deploy, and performance-tune high-budget paid media campaigns across programmatic ad servers, search networks, and social platforms. Working directly alongside client managers and Product Marketing Managers, you will take full ownership of customer experience testing throughout the conversion funnel, ensuring integrated digital campaign success that maximizes ROI and accelerates user acquisition bounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omni-Channel Campaign Architecture: Formulate and deploy highly targeted paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Funnel Optimization & Testing: Lead customer experience testing throughout the entire user journey, managing complex A/B and multivariate tests spanning ad creative iterations, landing page variants, and conversion forms.
  • Strategic Client Advisory: Act as an un-siloed technical consultant to client innovation teams, guiding them on campaign optimization mechanics and data-driven scaling methods.
  • Performance Telemetry Analysis: Continuously monitor, audit, and optimize real-time campaign performance tracking data, restructuring bids and placement groups to capture optimal conversion values.
  • Cross-Channel Synergy: Coordinate seamlessly with adjacent marketing arms to synchronize promotional workflows and align paid spend programs with overarching product marketing strategies.
  • Programmatic Sourcing: Drive programmatic execution and handle direct media buys across premium publisher layouts, tracking performance via automated campaign optimization tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of verified professional history running high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and major social networking channels.
  • Proven tracking history manipulating conversion optimization parameters, online tracking tags, and ad server infrastructure components.
  • Outstanding English communication and data presentation mechanics, with a deep comfort translating metric trends into strategic insights for technology executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate proactively and flexibly within a high-velocity digital agency environment.
  • Location Context: Work-from-home flexibility open to qualified professionals residing in India, with the long-term ability to transition into local office hubs if normal physical operations resume.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or highly quantitative branches.
  • Hands-on experience deploying marketing configurations inside specialized experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Firefly suites).
  • Familiarity with programmatic ad exchanges, custom lookalike audience parameters, and advanced customer retention lifecycles.
