Position Overview

We are seeking a highly systems-minded, technical, and automation-focused Marketing Operations Manager to join our centralized RevOps division under a permanent, full-time remote model open across Canada. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will step up to claim absolute marketing infrastructure architecture, lead-to-revenue lifecycle design, and multi-channel attribution tracking accountability. Shifting completely away from standard visual content creation, manual copy formatting, or entry-level customer helpdesk triaging, you will run an active marketing technology (MarTech) optimization, bespoke agentic AI configuration, and pipeline telemetry laboratory—partnering closely with internal Demand Generation, Content Marketing, and core B2B sales teams. This position requires an enterprise automation authority with 3–5 years of high-growth technology experience who configures lifecycle parameters fluidly natively using Email Marketing systems, evaluates funnel health metrics cleanly between Marketo and Salesforce databases, architectures autonomous agents to replace manual loops, and deploys scalable technical workflows confidently to accelerate corporate pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programmatic MarTech Governance: Own and optimize Procurify overarching marketing technology stack, building integrated workflows and cloud tracking systems to achieve exponential execution speeds natively utilizing Email Marketing and lead infrastructure.
  • Bespoke Agentic AI Orchestration: Go beyond native, out-of-the-box platform AI plug-ins by architecting custom AI workflows and multi-step autonomous agentic frameworks that completely eliminate manual marketing plays.
  • Funnel Architecture & Lifecycle Optimization: Manage the full end-to-end lead lifecycle system, configuring robust lead scoring, custom routing matrices, and lifecycle nurture programs to maintain an absolute source of truth across systems.
  • Data Attribution & Performance Telemetry: Own the data structures for marketing attribution models across all channels, measuring lead generation velocities, Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) metrics, and overarching pipeline contribution fields.
  • Salesforce & Intercom Integration: Support the optimization of Salesforce CRM and administer customer-facing messaging engines like Intercom (Fin)—mapping live product usage telemetry directly into precision target communication triggers.
  • Executive Business Intelligence Tracking: Build and maintain executive-facing reporting dashboards using modern BI platforms like Metabase to grant real-time visibility into active campaign cohorts, conversion deltas, and multi-touch returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of proven professional history operating inside a Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Revenue Systems, or closely related technical B2B SaaS role.
  • Mandatory Marketo Certification: Must be a verified Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) OR demonstrate at least 3+ years of intensive, hands-on administrative mastery managing Marketo systems.
  • Deep practical experience working within modern enterprise CRM environments, with explicit expertise configuring lead mapping objects inside Salesforce CRM.
  • Profound, granular command over B2B funnel architectures, lead lifecycle tracking, multi-touch marketing attribution principles, and clean data governance tracking.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication strengths in English, with an established ability to translate complex marketing requirements into automated, scalable code-like workflows.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic guidelines open exclusively to qualified growth operations professionals residing permanently within Canada.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Hands-on operational experience using advanced marketing attribution layers, specifically including Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible).
  • Familiarity deploying Account-Based Marketing (ABM) data orchestration suites such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Background pulling and evaluating behavioral interaction cohorts inside product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Google Analytics.
  • Prior exposure supporting Product Marketing workflows, including structured SaaS product launches, interactive demo toolings, or large-scale webinar operations via platforms like Gong.
