About The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C.: The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. (sabrinali.law) is a leading, full-service U.S. immigration law firm with a physical presence in Los Angeles, Pasadena, Santa Ana, and Dallas, alongside robust international operations extending across Asia, Africa, and Central/South America. Recognized as an Inc. Best Workplaces honoree, our firm pairs skilled, compassionate client advocacy with an institutional culture of high professional accountability, clear advancement pathways, and ongoing performance development. As our client base scales globally, we are expanding our remote executive infrastructure to turn highly regulated digital marketing pipelines into a predictable, elite client-acquisition engine.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategically minded, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead, oversee, and optimize the firm’s global marketing department under a full-time, long-term virtual independent contractor engagement framework. Operating as our core acquisition director, you will step up to claim absolute strategic roadmap, people management, and ethical compliance accountability over all brand channels. Shifting completely away from low-level social media posting, basic clerical data entry, or generic local lead generation, you will run an active website layout engineering, cross-channel performance analytics, and advanced workflow automation laboratory—supervising an existing team of three to four marketing specialists and reporting directly to executive firm leadership. This position requires a senior legal marketing professional with 5+ years of U.S. law firm experience who structures complex digital campaigns fluidly natively using SEO and Webflow architectures, evaluates conversion metrics cleanly to eliminate poor-quality lead spend across Google Ads, and directs multi-channel content engines confidently within a high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a dedicated internal marketing team; establishing clear priority pipelines, setting definitive KPIs, and reviewing all output to protect brand tone, accuracy, and deadline execution.
- Webflow Platform Orchestration: Own the firm’s core website strategy end-to-end, managing structural configurations, custom landing pages, UX formatting, and CMS optimization natively utilizing SEO and Webflow developer layouts.
- Regulated Organic Search Optimization: Formulate and implement cutting-edge Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) matrices, tracking keyword priorities, search engine indexing data, and structural semantic updates to defend premium long-term organic visibility.
- Paid Acquisition Management: Drive paid digital media performance across Google Ads and associated search landing networks, maximizing overall ROI with an uncompromised focus on intake lead quality and strict adherence to legal ethics compliance.
- Cross-Platform Content Quality Control: Direct complex multimedia content creation frameworks across video channels, social profiles, email subscriber lists, and web blogs, translating technical immigration legal concepts into accessible, client-centered insights.
- Operational Workflow Systematization: Deploy and maintain corporate project management structures via Monday.com and advanced, AI-assisted workflows to drive internal production speed, document hygiene, and resource scaling.
- Data and Capacity Alignment: Run systematic audits across all active channels to diagnose performance inefficiencies, reporting actionable, data-backed insights directly to firm stakeholders to align marketing efforts with internal legal intake capacities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive, verified professional marketing experience operating specifically inside a U.S. law firm environment.
- Proven background leading, scaling, and managing a digital marketing department or centralized function within a U.S.-based company, including defined history with task delegation and team performance tracking.
- Deep, practical hands-on proficiency with Webflow web architecture, encompassing active website management, dynamic CMS catalog execution, and basic conversion rate engineering.
- Masterful understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, demonstrating real-world experience across advanced SEO frameworks, Generative Engine Optimization, social content tracking, and email workflows.
- Data-driven, analytical mind with a proven capability tracking metrics and turning raw analytics tables into clear, strategic growth maps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication strengths in English, possessing the editorial eye necessary to review, edit, and audit professional legal content for publication.
- Timezone Alignment Parameters: Role requires a dedicated full-time schedule that ensures a **minimum of 4 hours of daily overlapping availability with U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT) business hours**.
- Location Context: Position is open exclusively to qualified legal marketing professionals working remotely from established home offices within the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, or Singapore.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Professional bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is highly preferred; bicultural candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or advanced, platform-specific technical certifications.
What We Offer
- Vetted, Leadership-Tier Monthly Retainer Blueprint: Highly competitive fixed monthly rate calibrated directly against individual law firm marketing expertise, management depth, and regional parameters.
- A flexible remote independent contractor arrangement centered entirely around tangible outcomes, strategic deliverables, and execution speed.
- Performance-based bonuses tied directly to conversion metrics, overall inbound lead quality scores, and institutional marketing milestones.
- The ultimate professional sandbox to directly influence firm-wide scaling strategies, expand a growing internal media squad, and run leading-edge marketing systems for a recognized industry champion.
- Application Contact Mandate: Contacting our offices by phone regarding this posting is strictly prohibited; any telephone application inquiries will result in immediate and automated disqualification from the selection cycle.
