Position Overview
We are seeking a high-agency, multi-faceted Marketing Manager to own all marketing, brand building, and event execution functions across our enterprise footprint. Based in the Philippines and working integrated US business hours, you will serve as a primary bridge-builder partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and the Executive suite. Moving far beyond abstract strategy, you will take hands-on responsibility for launching integrated B2G digital campaigns, managing a high-volume national conference calendar, writing scroll-stopping ad copy, and optimizing our web assets. This role offers meaningful autonomy and has the direct potential to scale into an executive leadership seat as our operations expand.
Key Responsibilities
- B2G Growth Strategy: Build and deploy integrated marketing initiatives tailored for US state and local governments, workforce boards, and social service agencies.
- Conference & Event Logistics: Own the end-to-end logistics, registrations, booth spaces, sponsorships, and employee travel coordination for 25–30 national US conferences annually (including NAWDP, NAWB, CWA, CECU, and NASWA).
- Campaign & Content Management: Plan, launch, and monitor paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads, crafting compelling B2B/B2G copy and coordinating with external media vendors.
- Webinar Program Execution: Manage the national webinar calendar, pitching high-signal topics, collecting speaker assets, and configuring Zoom Webinar registration pathways.
- Web & Collateral Design: Maintain the corporate website while independently designing marketing collaterals, slideshows, flyers, and press releases using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Define clear campaign KPIs, track cross-channel conversion metrics, and deliver structured performance insights to leadership to continually optimize ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of verified professional history running marketing management, brand building, or growth campaign operations.
- Strong digital marketing mechanics with a proven track record managing **LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and data analytics tools**.
- Proficiency creating visual assets using modern layout suites, specifically including **Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite**.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex workforce concepts into clear B2G narratives.
- Exceptional project management and organizational habits, with the capacity to manage massive cross-functional requests independently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or an equivalent related field.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework restricted exclusively to qualified professionals permanently residing inside the Philippines.
- Shift Requirements: Absolute personal capacity to align daily production hours with the **US Permanent Night Shift (10 PM – 7 AM PHT)**.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior commercial experience executing campaigns or managing outreach programs tailored for US-based clients, public sectors, or non-profit entities.
