About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our EMEA marketing programs to life.

Working closely with the EMEA regional marketer and Propeller’s global marketing team, you’ll help turn our regional strategy into execution—launching campaigns, coordinating events and webinars, localizing global programs, and keep our marketing moving in EMEA.

This is an early-career role with broad exposure to B2B marketing and plenty of opportunity to learn. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, comfortable getting hands-on, and doesn’t need to be told every next step.

What you're accountable for

These are the domains that belong to this role. The work inside them will change as the business changes. What you own stays yours.

Events & webinars. Working from priorities set by the EMEA Marketing Manager, you’ll bring the moving parts together to deliver events and webinars that give prospects and customers a great experience and make sure interested prospects receive timely follow-up from Sales. You’ll coordinate the detail across speakers, vendors, registrations, materials, promotion, logistics, and lead capture, making sure each event is well prepared, runs smoothly, and is followed through afterwards.

Regional marketing support. You’ll help turn the EMEA marketing plan into activity that supports Sales and reflects what the region needs. By staying close to Sales and the market, you’ll help the team respond to requests, remove blockers, and make sure useful feedback shapes future campaigns and events.

Marketing coordination & operations. You’ll help the EMEA marketing stay on top of its plans and deliver consistently. By keeping campaigns, calendars, projects, and deliverables connected and up to date, you’ll give the team a clear view of what’s happening, what needs attention, and where support is needed. You’ll use our marketing tools and reporting to show what’s landing, from sign-ups and form fills to MQLs and event performance. Your work will help the team invest in the right activity, improve what isn’t working, and generate more opportunities for Sales across EMEA.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar support role
  • Based in: Germany or the Netherlands
  • A Bachelor's degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, not required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and with a remote manager
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset - comfortable identifying blockers and keeping work moving without being asked
  • Genuine interest in working cross-functionally with sales and the global marketing team to drive results
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, construction, mining, or other industrial/field environments is a plus
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing work is a strong plus as you’ll be using it in your day-to-day at Propeller

Benefits

  • Remote working + 3 team meetups a year in great European cities
  • Employee share options
  • Professional development benefits and leave
  • Monthly telephone and/or internet allowance
  • WFH equipment provided

Propeller Aero

View Company Profile

Propeller Aero is a premier, enterprise-grade drone-mapping and 3D site-intelligence platform engineered to orchestrate massive-scale construction and earthwork-management ecosystems. Operating as an AI-native site-surveying hub, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, manual surveying models—which frequently suffer from extreme data-collection latency, hazardous on-site measurement processes, and fragmented visibility into volumetric change—by seamlessly deploying advanced photogrammetry telemetry, rigorous cloud-based 3D-processing architectures, and cohesive project-collaboration frameworks. Moving beyond rigid legacy surveying paradigms, Propeller empowers over 15,000+ construction sites and civil-engineering enterprises to dynamically synchronize their drone-data capture, progress-tracking, and design-conformance pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—integrating AeroPoints for precision ground control—natively manages complex high-resolution aerial ingestion, instantaneous volumetric-calculation routing, and automated site-reporting workflows, providing the necessary operational foundation for heavy civil operators to ship projects on time and within budget. What sets Propeller apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless site-orchestration; by bridging the gap between highly technical, performance-intensive photogrammetry demands and accessible, web-based digital-twin interfaces, the firm empowers modern engineering organizations to radically accelerate their site-insight velocity, eliminate systemic rework-bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial and institutional dominance in the modern, AI-transformed industrial landscape.
