We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics & Data Visualization Architect to modernize how Marketing performance is measured, analyzed, visualized, and communicated across the organization.

Reporting into the Director of Marketing Analytics & AI Strategy, you will own the reporting and analytics layer across Marketing while partnering with Demand Generation, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Partner, Content, and other business teams.

You will also work closely with our GTM Marketing & AI Architect and be a key voice in AI and technology decisions that affect data, analytics, reporting, and visualization.

What You’ll Drive

Reporting & Data Visualization

  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting across Marketing performance, pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.
  • Define consistent KPIs, metric definitions, and visualization standards across Marketing.
  • Turn complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Modernize reporting through self-service analytics, automation, and AI-assisted insight generation.

Data Modeling & Governance

  • Connect and model data across Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other GTM systems.
  • Build scalable analytical and semantic models that support full-funnel reporting and attribution.
  • Establish trusted sources of truth through data governance, documentation, lineage, quality, and reporting certification.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, RevOps, Finance, Data, and system owners to ensure data is structured and accessible for analytics.

AI-Powered Analytics & Technology

  • Partner in evaluating AI tools, platforms, and architecture that support Marketing analytics, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Define the data, metrics, semantic models, and visualization requirements that support new AI agents and workflows.
  • Develop AI-enabled analytics capabilities such as conversational reporting, automated insights, and intelligent visualization.
  • Participate in architecture decisions involving MCP, APIs, Snowflake, Salesforce, BI platforms, and other enterprise data technologies.

Cross-Functional Insight Partner

  • Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Identify performance gaps, pipeline leakage, and optimization opportunities across the funnel.
  • Present findings and recommendations with clarity and executive presence.

What You Bring

Must-Have

  • 5+ years in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures and B2B marketing funnel metrics.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or similar.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience connecting data across multiple business systems.
  • Experience with attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign measurement, and Marketing ROI.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, or AI-driven analytics, including Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, Cursor, or similar.
  • Familiarity with MCP, APIs, semantic models, structured prompting, JSON, or context engineering.
  • Experience with dbt, Python, R, or similar analytics technologies.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.

You’re the Type of Person Who

  • Thinks in data models and business decisions, not just dashboards.
  • Connects systems, metrics, and insights across the funnel.
  • Turns complex analysis into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Cares about trusted data, governance, and consistent definitions.
  • Understands how AI can make analytics faster, smarter, and more accessible.

Why This Role Matters

Saviynt is the leading provider of intelligent identity and access governance solutions for the cloud era. While older companies (like Oracle or SailPoint) started with on-premise software, Saviynt was built in the cloud, for the cloud. Its platform helps large enterprises manage 'who has access to what' across their entire digital ecosystem—including employees, vendors, and bots. It combines several critical security functions—Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Application Governance—into a single, converged platform, making it much easier for companies to prove compliance and prevent data breaches.
