About the Role: At ClickUp, we are architecting the future of work with the first truly converged AI workspace. We are looking for a Manager, Technical Account Management to lead, develop, and scale a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs). This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, professional services strategy, and operational excellence, ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable business outcomes across their portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Hire, coach, and develop TAMs to grow their technical acumen, consultative skills, and customer impact.
- Maintain visibility across the team's full book of business, ensuring proactive health management and early risk identification.
- Establish and refine team processes, playbooks, and quality standards that drive consistency across onboarding and account health.
- Champion the team's adoption of ClickUp AI, automation, and Agent capabilities to drive customer outcomes.
- Own team-level retention, expansion, and renewal targets, partnering closely with Sales and CX leadership.
What You Bring
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality.
- Consultative and strategic thinking with the ability to coach TAMs on discovery, workflow mapping, and value articulation.
- Operational rigor to build scalable processes and use data/metrics to drive decisions.
- Executive presence with the ability to step into high-stakes customer conversations and de-escalate risk.
