Manager, Regional Physical Security

About the Role: Vultr is on a mission to make high-performance cloud infrastructure easy to use, affordable, and locally accessible worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Security Manager to oversee Physical Security Operations for our regional Data Centers. This is a highly visible role where you will act as the regional authority for physical security, ensuring consistent implementation of corporate policies, standards, and procedures across all sites.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multi-site physical security operations, including access control, visitor management, and guard services.
• Lead the response and investigation of incidents, coordinate on-site actions, and support GSOC escalations.
• Manage security vendors and guard services, ensuring performance, staffing, and service quality.
• Conduct site security assessments (perimeter, access control, camera coverage) to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation plans.
• Partner with Data Center Ops, Facilities, IT, and Compliance teams to integrate security into operations and projects.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of Data Center Security experience.
• Strong leadership and operational oversight skills with the ability to manage risk across diverse locations.
• Experience in managing security vendors, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with GSOC.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-changing environment and make confident decisions to enforce physical security standards.

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
