Manager, Paid Search

About the Role: Quince is a mission-driven tech company disrupting the retail industry by offering high-quality essentials at radically low prices. We are seeking a Manager, Paid Search to lead and scale high-performing Shopping (PLA) and Text Ad campaigns across Google and emerging search platforms to accelerate customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Manage and scale Paid Search campaigns across Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads on Google, Bing, and emerging engines.
• Drive feed optimization, title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation.
• Build and manage highly granular PLA account structures for large product catalogs.
• Implement measures to improve Quality scores and CTRs across a large portfolio of cross-category keywords.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience managing Paid Search programs with large budgets, focusing on product listing ads (PLA).
• Expertise in Google AdWords, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads.
• Strong understanding of feed-based advertising, product-level optimization, and ecommerce environments.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL, Looker, SA360, SKAI, Marin, and international search programs.
