Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics - Battery Storage

About the Role: Plus Power is an energy storage market leader focused on decarbonizing the power markets. We are seeking a Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics to drive the implementation of our AI operating model. This role focuses on operationalizing AI adoption, supporting cross-functional experimentation, and embedding AI solutions into business processes and platforms.

What You'll Do

• Build organizational capability for AI through training, guidance, and reusable patterns.
• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled solutions, including copilots, agents, and prompt-based workflows.
• Facilitate the transition from experimentation to scale by standardizing proven AI approaches.
• Define and reinforce AI standards, guardrails, and usage patterns across teams.
• Contribute to broader analytics, reporting, and operational intelligence priorities.

What You Bring

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or a technology-focused role.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions, orchestrating multi-step workflows, and deploying copilots.
• Advanced experience with enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot Studio, Perplexity AI, Claude).
• Advanced experience with modern data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
