Position Overview
We are seeking a highly customer-centric, analytical, and problem-solving Local Service Ads (LSA) Specialist to manage, audit, and scale local acquisition campaigns across our expanding small business client portfolio under a permanent, full-time remote engagement framework. Operating as our core conversion and compliance engine within the Paid Ads division, you will step up to claim direct campaign health, account verification, and lead-quality accountability over multiple concurrent service accounts. Shifting completely away from routine organic social management, high-level code scriptwriting, or basic administrative document filing, you will run an active verification troubleshooting, call-recording analysis, and performance auditing laboratory—partnering face-to-face with internal account management and customer success squads. This position requires an execution specialist who optimizes hyper-local paid placements fluidly natively using Google Ads tools, evaluates client verification documentation anomalies cleanly to resolve Google platform suspensions, and directs strategic geographic targeting modifications confidently across complex local marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- LSA Campaign Architecture: Build, launch, and refine high-throughput Google Local Service Ads (LSA) accounts across diverse service verticals (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, legal) to optimize ad rankings and budget distribution.
- Verification Obstacle Resolution: Diagnose, isolate, and remediate technical blockages preventing small businesses from passing rigid Google LSA verification screenings (e.g., entity documentation mismatches, business licensing delays, or general liability insurance compliance gaps) cleanly natively using Google Ads and Google My Business compliance protocols.
- Inbound Lead Call Auditing: Listen to and analyze incoming call recordings systematically to spot disconnects between client offerings and user search intent, refining ad keyword and category targeting to eliminate junk spend.
- Data-Driven Budget Optimization: Translate raw performance metrics into highly actionable client modifications, orchestrating strategic shifts in radius parameters, bidding strategies, and operational hour mapping.
- GBP and LSA Synthesis: Identify and bridge optimization gaps between live Google Business Profiles (GBP) and backend LSA interfaces to maximize data consistency and local search engine traction.
- Client Compliance Maintenance: Monitor client profile status continuously to ensure baseline eligibility markers regarding municipal compliance, regional licensing, and insurance renewals remain mistake-free.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven professional history setting up, managing, and auditing conversion-focused campaigns inside the Google Local Service Ads framework.
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex Google LSA verification failures and guiding clients successfully through corrective compliance steps.
- Applied fluency with core local search engines and analytics suites, showing deep capability managing configurations across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.
- Strong analytical mindset with a critical eye for matching commercial lead quality with distinct consumer search profiles.

- Timezone Alignment Context: Position demands consistency supporting account execution cycles during the Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) operational window.
- Location Context: Placement features 100% work-from-home parameters open exclusively to qualified local ad specialists residing permanently within Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Nicaragua.
