Livestream Quality Control Specialist

About the Role: Intrepid Asia is a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider in South East Asia. We are looking for a Livestream Quality Control Specialist to ensure the quality and performance of live commerce broadcasts on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee. You will monitor host delivery, content compliance, and audience engagement in real time.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate live broadcasts for communication clarity, intonation, and energy levels to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Act as a "Live Director" by providing instant feedback to hosts via back-channel communication.
• Monitor the live chat environment to enhance the customer experience, filter spam, and maintain a brand-safe atmosphere.
• Conduct pre-live and mid-live audits to ensure hosts master the Unique Selling Points (USP) and brand voice.
• Develop comprehensive post-live analytical reports detailing host performance and friction points.

What You Bring

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Management.
• Proven experience in Quality Control (QC), Customer Experience (CX), or Digital Content Production.
• Analytical proficiency to interpret live data (viewership, CTR) into actionable coaching for hosts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to provide firm, objective, and constructive feedback.
• Note: Must be based in Yogyakarta or willing to relocate for periodic team synchronization.
