About the Role
The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining various documentation pertaining to license, MLS, board, and listing-related management. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is results-driven, reliable, and can assist with our operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Brokers, and regional management in the onboarding of new agents by processing all required documentation by the state Department of Business and Professional Regulation, (license activations, renewals, and off boardings.)
- Responsible for maintaining accurate/compliant information of the ongoing agent roster
- Update and maintain the policy manuals, labor documents, and other documents for each agent.
- Issue offers and other compliance documents as requested by the various empowered parties.
- Organize and manage billing payments, compliance needs, and membership status for all Multiple Listing Services and boards the brokerage is member to.
- Attend to all compliance related matters pertaining to listings as they are conveyed across all necessary systems.
- Report on various key metrics and data points to the executive team.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in project management software (ClickUp, or similar)
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with real estate business and financial principles
