As JustMarkets continues to grow globally, it is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Licensing Specialist to support legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles within FinTech, Crypto, FX, or Payments industries.
• Practical experience managing end-to-end licensing projects, including regulatory analysis, documentation preparation, obtaining licenses, and launching operations. Ability to conduct regulatory research and interpret requirements from different regulators.
• High level of ownership, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes with strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and ability to independently solve complex regulatory challenges.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for working with international consultants, legal documentation, and regulatory materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end licensing project management, including analyzing regulatory requirements, selecting optimal approaches, obtaining licenses, and launching operations across different jurisdictions.
• Conduct in-depth regulatory research and jurisdiction analysis, covering licensing requirements, corporate structures, substance requirements, tax considerations, and operational limitations.
• Prepare and manage licensing documentation, coordinating document collection (including apostilles and corporate documents) and preparing submission-ready packages according to regulatory deadlines.
• Coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders, including local lawyers, consultants, registration agents, and internal teams, to ensure timely execution of licensing stages.
• Support corporate structuring and compliance, analyzing existing structures, preparing and adapting corporate documents, AML/CFT policies, and Risk Management frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support banking and PSP onboarding, including corporate bank account opening processes, communication with banks, EMIs, and PSPs, and preparation of KYB documentation to ensure payment infrastructure readiness.
• Ensure business readiness post-license approval, including accounts, PSP integrations, internal processes, and client onboarding flows.
• Independently coordinate communication with regulators, external consultants, and internal teams throughout licensing projects.
