We aim to serve not only those in rural areas but be available to all regions for those who would prefer the privacy, security, and convenience of a telehealth consultation.

The Role:

Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference. Caseloads build rapidly, and you can speak with anyone in the company to grow your practice. We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber. Clinical work is performed from home, with days and hours per your choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.

We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics. Compensation is hourly, and there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.

We are seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to patients via telehealth.
• Collaborate with prescribers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions.
• Maintain strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively.
