Position Overview
We are seeking a highly innovative, AI-fluent Lead Product Manager to join our core Product Management division. In this high-trust 0-to-1 engineering and product seat, you will take full technical and strategic ownership of the end-to-end consumer journey for a brand-new experience we are launching in proactive healthcare. You will define and build a category-defining vertical from the ground up—shaping how millions of consumers discover, adopt, and engage with a brand-new digital product ecosystem. This role demands an operational champion who operates in an AI-native default mode, fluent in building automated workflow agents to ship high-impact features within a fast-growing, operations-intensive marketplace framework.
Key Responsibilities
- 0-to-1 Vision & Roadmapping: Establish the fundamental product vision, set short and long-term scalable roadmaps, and ship the core consumer experiences that bring our new proactive health vertical to life.
- End-to-End Consumer Journey Design: Drive consumer engagement across all funnel touchpoints, spanning initial discovery, user education, onboarding configurations, treatment routines, and long-term engagement.
- AI-Native Experience Integration: Partner closely with software engineering and design pods to construct, implement, and imbed advanced AI agents, automated workflows, and intelligent interfaces into the core application layer.
- Clinical Protocol Alignment: Collaborate directly with internal clinical teams to ensure strict medical protocols, patient safety controls, and evidence-based education remain foundational to the product interface.
- Cross-Functional Squad Leadership: Guide multi-disciplinary teams through the lifecycle of ideation, rapid development, and launch of innovative consumer experience features.
- Process Operationalization: Tactical planning, building, and execution of highly scalable processes from scratch inside a fast-moving, operations-intensive corporate framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of verified professional history running product management lifecycles, working collaboratively within cross-functional technical teams.
- Proven track record shipping high-signal, consumer-oriented software features or category-defining 0-to-1 products that drive business conversion metrics.
- Deep, fluid technical background working with **AI agents and building AI-native workflows, prompts, and systems** natively within your daily workflow.
- Demonstrated capability designing and deploying scalable processes from scratch, preferably inside an operations-heavy or regulated consumer setting.
- Outstanding cross-functional alignment, strategic storytelling, and written/verbal communication mechanics.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time framework tailored for qualified product managers permanently located within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior product management experience navigating digital health, wellness platforms, or telemedicine compliance ecosystems.
- Familiarity managing growth optimization cycles, cohort retention funnels, and data-informed A/B testing frameworks.
