Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, strategically minded Lead Product Designer who brings clarity, technical craft, and intense curiosity to how we design, scale, and build our AI-native B2B SaaS platform. In this high-trust creative leadership seat, you will own the end-to-end user experience across core product areas—guiding multi-disciplinary pods from initial discovery up to final software implementation. Partnering tightly with Product Managers and Engineering leads, you will turn complex business logic into beautifully intuitive layouts. This role demands a design champion who can evolve scalable design system tokens, maintain absolute parity across mobile and web app ecosystems, and provide actionable technical mentorship to growing design cells.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Experience Design: Oversee the full spectrum of user interaction models, interface flows, and layout frameworks across core application layers from initial concept through deployment.
• SaaS Design System Stewardship: Take absolute technical ownership of our global design system library to dramatically elevate UI consistency, scalability, component reuse, and team workflow speed.
• User Research & Personas: Lead rigorous customer discovery loops, study competitive capabilities at a persona level, and guide other designers in running interviews to extract actionable design insights.
• AI-Assisted Fast Prototyping: Natively leverage modern interactive design software and AI-assisted workflows to generate fast iterations, construct high-fidelity prototypes, and run validation sessions.
• Mobile & Web Synchronization: Reimagine, refine, and advance our native mobile app features, guaranteeing total layout parity and seamless user experience coherence with our core web platform.
• Executive Stakeholder Realignment: Formulate, pitch, and present compelling design demonstrations and live walkthroughs to leadership blocks to secure firm alignment.
• Design Cell Mentorship: Review active design drafts and provide constructive, clear, and actionable feedback loops to support the technical progression of junior and mid-level designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of verified professional history running product design frameworks, with at least 3 years operating explicitly within a Lead Product Designer or Creative Director capacity.
• An elite, comprehensive design portfolio demonstrating master-level execution across complex UX architectures, data-heavy interaction layouts, and clean visual design.
• Expert-level operational command over Figma alongside advanced wireframing, prototyping, configuration management, and cross-team collaboration spaces.
• Proven background designing for complex enterprise business architectures, high-traffic SaaS systems, or API-driven digital control rooms.
• Demonstrated history building, updating, or maintaining multi-platform design systems in close coordination with frontend developers.
• Deep comprehension of platform-specific mobile patterns across native iOS and Android environments.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with the capacity to translate abstract business goals into visual interfaces.
