Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and systems-minded Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to drive the modernization of our flagship multi-tenant ERP platform under a permanent, full-time fully remote engagement framework based anywhere in the United States. Operating as a core full-stack technical expert, you will join a tight-knit engineering division building toward our next major release, taking direct architectural and feature-level accountability over accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales, and manufacturing modules that serve thousands of daily industrial users. Shifting completely away from plain landing page tweaks, simple script fixes, or manual data entry setups, you will run an active high-concurrency relational data engine, component-driven client architecture, and AI-assisted development laboratory—partnering face-to-face with product managers, tech leads, QA engineers, and industrial domain experts. This position requires an engineering leader who constructs robust web applications fluidly natively using TypeScript across both frontend and backend layers, evaluates multi-tenant correctness cleanly via strict row-level isolation policies, and directs software delivery practices confidently using advanced development assistants like Claude Code while maintaining an uncompromising bar for system quality.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Design, develop, and ship complex functional modules completely from low-level database schema creation up through middleware services to the user-facing web client.
• Domain Module Architecture: Build and expand new enterprise ERP sub-systems leveraging TypeScript and React while conforming strictly to established software design patterns.
• Multi-Tenant Correctness: Author and manage database migrations complying with Row-Level Security (RLS) standards, respecting transactional isolation context in multi-user environments.
• AI-Augmented Development: Partner productively with generative AI coding engines (Claude Code, Cursor), utilizing them to accelerate routine implementation tasks while exercising sharp independent judgment on code validation.
• Performance Optimization: Enforce extreme runtime performance discipline by eliminating N+1 query bottlenecks, structuring clean lazy-loading routes, and executing parallel API responses.
• Shared Platform Integration: Connect application logic with core foundational services, including background jobs, real-time message alerts, secure file storage, and RBAC authentication/authorization handlers.
• Code Governance & Type Safety: Raise internal development standards by writing robust typed components, participating in deep code reviews, and following trunk-based delivery pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history building, deploying, and optimizing production-grade web applications.
• Masterful full-stack command of TypeScript, demonstrating complete comfort moving fluidly between frontend components and server-side runtime systems natively using TypeScript.
• Strong, non-trivial production development background leveraging React, utilizing advanced hooks, state management paradigms, and custom component structures.
• Solid backend engineering experience utilizing server-side Node.js frameworks, with a distinct preference for highly structured architectures like NestJS.
• Deep relational database fluency with PostgreSQL, including comprehensive knowledge of schema optimization, strategic indexing, and ORMs (MikroORM, TypeORM, Prisma, or equivalent).
• Proven understanding of cloud-native SaaS patterns, specifically multi-tenant row-level data isolation parameters.
• Demonstrated history using AI development assistants (Claude Code, Copilot) to optimize coding workflows, including the ability to articulate where they assist and where they require manual overrides.
• Visa Sponsorship Context: Candidate must be permanently authorized to work within the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior domain exposure to enterprise business frameworks, explicitly encompassing general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), lot tracking, bank reconciliations, or supply chain systems.
• Hands-on systems administration or deployment familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) nodes, including ECS container orchestration, RDS instances, S3 storage, and CDK provisioning.
• Familiarity navigating internationalization (i18n) workflows or deploying AI semantic modules such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models in production environments.
