Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue/React) - Full Remote

About the Role: At CoverGo, our mission is to empower all insurance companies to make insurance 100% digital. As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our innovative SaaS platform, working across both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure scalable and efficient software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, offering guidance on architecture and best practices.
• Optimize platform performance to handle large datasets and high user traffic.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and ensure security/compliance.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer leading complex SaaS applications.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in JavaScript, Vue, React, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Strong background in RESTful API design patterns (OpenAPI/Swagger) and API Gateways.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role with practical experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies.
