Lead AI Product Designer

About the Role: Real is a fast-growing national real estate brokerage powered by technology. We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Product Designer to join our R&D team. You will craft user-centered design solutions, mentor junior designers, and shape the design culture while leading the charge on our cutting-edge AI-driven workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation.
• Design and refine AI-driven workflows and conversational interfaces, focusing on clarity, usability, and engagement.
• Conduct user testing, prototype rapidly, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, supportive design culture.

What You Bring

• 6-8 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Experience designing for conversational AI agents and establishing patterns for responsible AI design.
• Strong systems thinking, ability to design for ambiguity, and experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
