Law Clerk Intern, Summer 2026

About the Role: Lush North America is seeking a Law Clerk Intern for a 12-week summer program. Working closely with our legal team and business partners, you will gain hands-on experience on a range of business priorities across the U.S. and Canada, helping to protect Lush and its people while leading with integrity.

What You'll Do

• Conduct legal research to identify legal and regulatory issues and prepare legal analysis.
• Monitor federal and state regulations, and court decisions for potential impacts on existing policies.
• Work under an attorney's supervision to prepare agreements, contracts, and legal trackers.
• Assist with proofreading, reviewing, and organizing contracts and other legal documents.
• Support compliance initiatives and collaborate across teams to address legal questions related to projects and operations.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled as a 1L, 2L, or 3L at an ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent research, writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passionate, intellectually curious, and a strong interest in commercial, privacy, and employment law, or regulatory compliance.
• Bonus: Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
