Junior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)

About the Role: Glow25 is a dynamic, fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin. As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager, you will help scale Paid Social campaigns across international markets, bringing a fresh perspective, analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for data-driven marketing to the team.

What You'll Do

• Set up, manage, and optimise Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) independently.
• Analyse campaign data (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
• Plan and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support the setup, testing, and scaling of new paid channels such as Outbrain or Affiliate.
• Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Copy, Data) to execute high-performing campaigns across the customer journey.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of professional experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager (must-have) and basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
• Confident communication in English (C1 or higher) and German (B2 or higher).
• Solid understanding of data-driven marketing, key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), and basic funnel concepts.
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, reporting tools like Looker Studio, and project management tools like Asana.
