Job Description
About the Role: At PlayMe Studio, we are developing MeChat: Love Secrets, a Tinder among interactive dating simulator games. As a Junior Narrative Designer, you will be responsible for a full cycle of designing interactive romance routes, bringing immersive writing and engaging plot lines to life. You will be assigned a mentor for smooth integration into the team.
What You'll Do
- Assemble story scripts based on required formatting in Google Spreadsheets and prepare visual references.
- Design interactive romance routes (sequels and new stories) and develop detailed romance plots and synopses.
- Work closely with romance writers to ensure narrative and structure consistency.
- Revise and edit narratives to ensure an exciting emotional journey for players.
- Q&A developed stories and create new characters based on audience preferences.
What You Bring
- Deep understanding of current romance trends in media, pop culture, and what makes a great interactive story.
- Strong romance writing skills and the ability to create immersive interactive scenes.
- Ability to write, iterate, and revise under tight deadlines using Google Suite, Slack, Trello, Miro, and Jira.
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Note: At least a basic level of understanding of the Ukrainian language is a must-have, as the team speaks Ukrainian.
