Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Junior AI Support & Training Specialist to join our core centralized Customer Support division in a part-time remote capacity open to qualified engineering and marketing support talent resident within Egypt or Jordan. Operating at the strategic intersection of digital customer communication, automated email systems, and generative campaign training, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for executing, tracking, and optimizing our automated mass outreach pipelines. Shifting completely away from passive inbound message logging, basic static note taking, or monotone document filling, you will drive a high-velocity communication engine—partnering face-to-face with localized event coordinators, database administrators, and distributed marketing squads. This position requires an internet-native growth marketer who structures targeted promotional distributions fluidly natively using Email Marketing systems, administers multi-tenant client workflows smoothly natively using Customer Support tracking best practices, and commands Intercom helpdesk systems confidently under strict daily dispatch SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Campaign Workflow Support: Supervise and maintain automated, AI-forward communication and marketing workflows, ensuring mass email dispatches and regional SMS broadcast arrays operate with absolute technical integrity cleanly natively utilizing Email Marketing setups.
- Meticulous Message Compliance Auditing: Inspect, test, and approve outgoing digital communication assets, verifying absolute copy accuracy, compliance with local telecommunication guidelines, and delivery success ratios.
- Data-Driven Performance Diagnostics: Monitor and manage real-time funnel reporting, compiling clean performance dashboards and quantitative campaign results matrices to deliver clear visibility into audience conversion indices.
- Bilingual Corporate Copywriting: Draft, edit, and optimize engaging short-form articles, promotional ticket updates, automated transactional response scripts, and public communication announcements in fluent English and Arabic.
- Conversational Intercom Desk Triage: Handle and streamline frontline consumer support inquiries natively leveraging modern Customer Support setups (with a strong preference for candidates managing the Intercom application workspace).
- Cross-Functional Operational Realignment: Collaborate in lockstep with distributed database leads, graphic designers, and central business stakeholders to guarantee absolute consistency across automated brand communications.
