View Company ProfilePear Tree is a disruptive global offshore recruitment and remote staffing agency that challenges the traditional, high-margin Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model. Founded with a mission to eliminate exploitative middleman fees, the company enables businesses in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK to hire top-tier offshore talent directly. They specialize in sourcing highly skilled candidates from the Philippines and South Africa for a wide array of roles, including Full-Stack Developers, Virtual Assistants, Financial Analysts, and Mortgage Broker Assistants. To ensure absolute compliance and operational ease, they also offer optional Employer of Record (EOR) and Contractor of Record (COR) services, complete with localized HR, IT, and payroll support. What sets Pear Tree apart in the crowded remote staffing space is its rigorous 6-step vetting process, an industry-leading 6-month replacement guarantee, and an ethical commitment to ensuring offshore talent is paid fairly—resulting in a massive 90% first-year retention rate and up to 80% monthly payroll savings for their clients.
