We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. The ideal candidate will lead a development team, provide technical direction, and contribute hands-on to the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers.
- Develop and review backend services, REST APIs, and Angular applications.
- Drive Angular frontend development using TypeScript, RxJS, reusable components, and modern UI development practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Support CI/CD, application deployments, and cloud/container environments.
- Ensure applications meet requirements for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical estimation, and delivery tracking.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of software development experience, including experience leading technical teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and distributed applications.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, automated testing, and code-quality tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
