Job Description
About the Role: The Appointment Setter at GXA IT Consulting is responsible for identifying business prospects, building relationships with decision-makers, and scheduling appointments for the Sales team. The primary activity is actively calling prospects over the phone, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach.
What You'll Do
- Make at least 100 calls to the target market per day and speak to as many decision-makers as possible.
- Deliver the company message to qualified prospects and schedule at least 3 qualified appointments per week (Face-to-Face or Zoom).
- Qualify prospects against clear criteria and build/maintain a prospect database.
- Track all activities in HubSpot and schedule meetings directly on the Outside Sales calendar.
- Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
What You Bring
- B2B cold calling experience and a background in Sales.
- American English must be your primary language.
- Strong prospecting abilities, high energy, and the ability to quickly build strong business relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephony skills, active listening, and customer care.
- Familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot, phone systems, and general lead generation dynamics.
