Job Description

About the Role: The Appointment Setter at GXA IT Consulting is responsible for identifying business prospects, building relationships with decision-makers, and scheduling appointments for the Sales team. The primary activity is actively calling prospects over the phone, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach.

What You'll Do

  • Make at least 100 calls to the target market per day and speak to as many decision-makers as possible.
  • Deliver the company message to qualified prospects and schedule at least 3 qualified appointments per week (Face-to-Face or Zoom).
  • Qualify prospects against clear criteria and build/maintain a prospect database.
  • Track all activities in HubSpot and schedule meetings directly on the Outside Sales calendar.
  • Provide reporting of progress against daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.

What You Bring

  • B2B cold calling experience and a background in Sales.
  • American English must be your primary language.
  • Strong prospecting abilities, high energy, and the ability to quickly build strong business relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephony skills, active listening, and customer care.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot, phone systems, and general lead generation dynamics.
