IT Operations Specialist

About the Role: saas.group is on a mission to turbocharge promising B2B SaaS ventures. We are looking for an exceptional IT Operations Specialist to own internal IT operations across our entire portfolio of 25 brands. You will be the solo go-to person for 380+ global colleagues, handling everything from device issues and access problems to onboarding and offboarding.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of IT support tickets and establish a reliable, fast resolution rhythm across the organization.
• Administer core tools at an admin level, including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Okta.
• Own the full employee lifecycle from an IT perspective (provisioning, access management, offboarding).
• Identify repetitive requests and automate workflows using scripting, n8n, or AI-assisted responses.
• Standardize and automate new joiner device provisioning and Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment.
• Document processes to eliminate tribal knowledge.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a remote-first or startup environment.
• Real admin-level experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
• A genuine bias toward automation with basic scripting ability (APIs, webhooks).
• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow.
• Clear, friendly, async-first communication skills to support non-technical team members remotely.
• High autonomy and comfort operating solo to build processes from scratch.
