About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Interviewer to join the client's recruitment team. This is a candidate-facing role where rapport, accuracy, and follow-through matter equally. - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: Fully remote.
Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Conduct structured interviews with candidates applying for client roles.
- Accurately complete a detailed interview form, ensuring every field is captured correctly to support downstream hiring decisions.
- Build genuine rapport and connect naturally with candidates throughout the process.

- Communicate clearly and confidently in fluent, natural American English with U.S.-based candidates.
- Maintain a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail across all documentation.
Requirements
Industry Experience:
- Experience in the ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) field is a plus, but not essential.
- Previous interviewing, recruitment, or candidate-facing experience preferred.
Soft Skills (Essential):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Fluent, natural English, with confidence communicating with U.S.-based candidates.
- Strong attention to detail β able to complete detailed documentation accurately and consistently.
- Highly organised, thorough, and reliable.
- Professional and able to manage a full interview process independently, from beginning to end.
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
