About the Role: The Princeton Review is a leading tutoring, test prep, and college admission services company. We are seeking a high-energy, consultative Inside Sales Advisor to engage prospective students and families, guiding them through our educational services portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by exceeding performance goals.

What You'll Do

  • Earn the business of students and families through consultative sales conversations regarding standardized test preparation, admissions counseling, and academic support services.
  • Assess customer needs, provide recommendations, address objections, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Build long-term rapport and credibility with students and families to support ongoing educational needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage a large sales pipeline while balancing inbound phone coverage, outbound follow-up, and customer outreach.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with at least 1+ year of direct-to-consumer sales experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with effective listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • High competitiveness with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with technology and CRM systems, with Salesforce.com experience being a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.
