Job Description
About the Role: Plaud Inc. is building the world's most trusted AI work companion for professionals. As the Influencer Marketing Lead for Korea, you will be the architect of our brand's voice, turning a "blank slate" presence into a high-performance engine by building a robust ecosystem of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and creators.
What You'll Do
- Develop a localized influencer roadmap aligned with Korean cultural nuances and peak shopping seasons.
- Identify and vet high-alignment creators across YouTube, Instagram, and Naver (Blogs/Café).
- Manage talent contracts, usage rights, and localized pricing benchmarks to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Track and report on KPIs (CPE, CPM, and Conversion) to prove ROI of Korean investments.
- Collaborate with the global KOL team to bridge influencer wins into PR, Paid Media, and Offline activations.
What You Bring
- Native or near-native fluency in Korean with professional proficiency in English.
- 5+ years in Influencer Marketing with a proven track record managing large-scale, high-budget Korean campaigns.
- 3+ years of experience in Event Management or Experiential Marketing.
- Deep knowledge of Naver, Kakao, Instagram, and YouTube as community platforms in Korea.
- Bonus: Existing relationships with major Korean MCNs (Sandbox, CJ ENM/DIA TV) and background in Consumer Electronics.
