INDIA - Engagement Specialist

About the Role: At Ruvixx, we are on a mission to protect businesses globally by ensuring the integrity of software usage through cutting-edge solutions and data-driven insights. We are looking for a driven Engagement Specialist to act as the bridge between technology and compliance, helping businesses protect their intellectual property and drive revenue recovery through professional engagement.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end compliance and anti-piracy campaigns, coordinating directly with clients and end-users.
• Analyze telemetry and investigation data, evaluate infringement trends, and maintain meticulous records in CRM systems.
• Utilize open-source intelligence and internet search techniques to develop new leads and verify unauthorized usage.
• Organize documentation to ensure consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and workflow efficiency.
• Provide analysis and administrative support to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced IP-protection environment.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in License Compliance (LC) or Anti-Piracy (AP) is highly prioritized, or 1+ year of experience in Sales or Legal sectors.
• Native or Professional Business Fluency in English to articulate complex legal concepts, IP infringement, and compliance settlements.
• Comfortable using data management tools, CRM software, and MS Excel (or Google Sheets/SPSS).
• Strong internet research skills for lead generation and investigating unauthorized usage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections and de-escalate tension.
