Incident Manager – Secret Clerance

About the Role: MKS2 Technologies is an award-winning, high-growth, Veteran-owned small business supporting government agencies. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as an Incident Manager within our Government IT Division. You will handle multiple concurrent incidents, apply ITIL best practices, and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Manage, prioritize, and drive multiple IT incidents simultaneously through to resolution.
• Utilize incident management tools to track issues and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Apply ITIL principles and industry-standard best practices in daily operations.
• Communicate effectively across technical teams and stakeholders during dynamic, fast-paced situations.
• Exercise analytical thinking and sound judgment to support complex operational environments.

What You Bring

• Active Secret Clearance is strictly required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in incident management or a closely related IT role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles (ITIL Foundation certification preferred).
• Familiarity with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) IT environment and policies is a plus.
