Implementation Manager, Enterprise Projects Office

About the Role: Voyager is an innovative defense, national security, and space technology company. The Implementation Manager, Enterprise Projects Office is responsible for leading end-to-end enterprise implementations and company-wide initiatives, serving as the central internal point of contact for cross-functional requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact and project coordinator for enterprise system implementations.
• Lead comprehensive requirements gathering across multiple departments to define project scope and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and schedules.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep implementations on track.
• Ensure organizational readiness, user adoption, and successful transition to new systems and processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience leading cross-company projects with broad organizational scope and impact.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end enterprise system implementations in coordination with third-party vendors.
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies and driving organizational adoption.
• Bonus: PMP certification or experience with Workday/major ERP implementations.
