Who You Are

You are a motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional who is passionate about protecting systems, reducing organizational risk, and safeguarding sensitive customer data. You excel at managing user access and provisioning across enterprise applications, and have experience supporting platforms such as Saviynt, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and other corporate systems. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can strengthen security controls, streamline access management processes, and support the organization's cybersecurity objectives.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for planning, design, and development of IAM processes both manual and automated.
• Identification and troubleshooting access issues related to identity problems or identity integrations.
• Maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for all identity systems.
• Must coordinate with cross-functional teams to design all components of the provisioning process.
• Prepare reports for management and leadership regarding the status of projects.
• Adhere to industry best practices for identity technologies.
• Responsible for identity integration to all cloud providers.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree or relevant technical experience in Information Systems.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Experience managing Cloud Identities.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide variety of people to accomplish the goals of BHG.
• Capable of working independently, as well as in team/collaborative settings.
• Travel requirement: All roles require travel during the first 6 months of employment to attend the BHG Oars in Experience. After the initial 6 months, ongoing travel is expected at approximately ~5% annually for periodic team on-sites, team meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work Authorization: This role is not eligible for employer-provided immigration sponsorship. To be considered, applicants must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
