The Role

We're looking for an experienced and people-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function — fully remote!

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading or directly managing high-performing teams in a Human Resources function (Remote and on-site in the U.S).
• Non-negotiable requirement: Knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
• Best practices across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at every level of the organization.
• Strong self-management and organization, with the discipline to thrive and stay accountable in a fully remote environment.
• Availability: Full-time, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours (Eastern Time).
