HR Specialist / Local Representative (DACH Region - Focus Germany)

We are looking for a hands-on HR Specialist / Local Representative to support our operations for the DACH region (focus Germany). This role provides on-the-ground HR support, acting as the key local contact for employees. You will ensure statutory compliance and deliver a seamless employee experience while supporting HR operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, programs, and day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, right-to-work check, employment documentation, HR system updates, personnel records, benefits administration, payroll support, leave administration, and offboarding activities.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, employee letters, confirmations, and other HR-related documentation.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and HR best practices, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and processes remain compliant and up to date.
• Coordinate interactions with government authorities and external agencies, including required filings, document submissions, and regulatory correspondence.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, clients, and external partners to resolve HR-related issues and concerns.
• Handle confidential employee information in accordance with data privacy and company requirements.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and HR reporting activities through accurate data collection and documentation.
• Participate in special projects and other ad hoc HR initiatives as required.
